Child Safety Standards
These Child Safety Standards are the publicly published standards for the Google Play / App Store application titled Digi Mobile Studio, developed and published by Digielicit Infotech (Digielicit Infotech Pvt. Ltd.; “Digielicit,” “Digi,” “we,” “us”). They also apply to Digi Mobile Studio’s related services on app-studio.in, Digi cloud publish infrastructure, and Digi-built merchant shopping apps distributed under Digielicit or a Digi white-label listing.
Where a merchant’s storefront brand appears in the app UI, these standards still apply to Digi-built software and Digi’s platforms. Merchants remain responsible for their own storefront content and age-appropriate marketing.
1. Explicit prohibition of CSAE
Digielicit Infotech and Digi Mobile Studio strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form in connection with Digi Mobile Studio, Digi-built apps, Digi cloud services, merchant configuration, user-generated content, support channels, or related communities.
Prohibited conduct and content include, without limitation:
- Creating, possessing, uploading, distributing, soliciting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Grooming, sexualization, exploitation, sextortion, or trafficking of children;
- Any content, feature, or communication that sexualizes minors (persons under 18);
- Using Digi Mobile Studio or Digi products to facilitate, advertise, or profit from CSAE.
Violation of these standards may result in content removal, account or app suspension, termination of Services, and referral to law enforcement or child-protection authorities.
2. Addressing CSAM
When Digielicit obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE related to Digi Mobile Studio or a Digi-built app, we will take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including without limitation:
- Removing or disabling access to the material where Digi controls hosting or distribution;
- Restricting or terminating the responsible account, merchant configuration, or app access;
- Preserving relevant records as required for investigations;
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable child safety laws.
3. Not directed to children
Digi Mobile Studio and Digi-built shopping apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in a user’s country). They are general-audience / adult shopping experiences, not children’s products. See also our Privacy Policy.
4. Merchant and user obligations
Merchants using Digi Mobile Studio and end users of Digi-built apps must not upload, promote, or transmit CSAE or CSAM. Merchants must moderate storefront content (product media, descriptions, UGC) accordingly and comply with Google Play and Apple Developer policies.
5. Reporting child safety concerns
If you encounter or suspect CSAE, CSAM, or child safety risks related to Digi Mobile Studio or a Digi-built app, contact Digielicit’s child safety team immediately:

Please include the app name as shown on the store listing, shop domain (if known), screenshots or URLs where available, and a description of the concern. Do not attach illegal CSAM to email; instead describe the location so we can preserve evidence for authorities.
In an emergency involving imminent harm to a child, contact local law enforcement first, then notify us at the email above.
6. Enforcement and legal compliance
Digielicit may investigate reports, cooperate with Google Play, Apple, platforms, and law enforcement, suspend Services, and refuse support for accounts or apps that violate these standards. Digielicit intends to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in jurisdictions where Digi Mobile Studio is offered.
